Taste-About Flagstaff is a craft beer, food, wine, and spirit tasting event throughout the streets of downtown Flagstaff, Arizona. Guests will walk to participating locations for a taste of the best that downtown Flagstaff has to offer. AZ Food & Wine and AZ Food & Beer with these participating locations: Dark Sky Brewing, Beaver Street Brewing, Lumberyard Brewing, Historic Brewing, SoSoba, Alpine Pizza, Majerle’s, Bigfoot BBQ, Root Public House, Bandera Tacos, State Bar, The McMillin, Criollo, Late for the Train and Vino Loco.
Saturday Aug 11th from 1pm to 5pm
Throughout Downtown Flagstaff from establishment to establishment. We bring the outdoor food festival into the restaurants own kitchen so our guests can not only experience the great food and drinks, but also the great ambiance of each of these wonderful culinary creations.
Up to 500 guests will enjoy an amazing day of fun and tastings at our first AZ Food & Wine and AZ Food & Beer “Taste-About” in downtown Flagstaff.
Check-in will start at Heritage Square where guests will receive their passes for the event and begin their taste-about adventure (all within walking distance of each other). With numerous restaurants, breweries and bars participating, downtown Flagstaff is quickly becoming one of the hottest craft beer and culinary destinations in Arizona. Guests will experience the day in no particular order and at their leisure!
Awards will be given for “Best Dish”, “Best Craft Beer”, “Best Drink”, and “Overall Best Experience”, as voted on by all participating guests. These awards will be presented in the following days after the event take place.

Schedule:
10am: Meet at Dark Sky Brewing (BYOB or buy beer at the brewery to pack on the hike)
1030am: Depart Dark Sky on foot for Mars Hill Trail
1200’ish: Complete beer hike and head to SoSoBa Ramen & Cocktails
1pm: Taste-about begins at SoSoBa Ramen & Cocktails with a signature EYB cocktail

Notes:
Dark Sky Brewing will be open early for the EYB Beer Hike!
Join us on an enjoyable 2 mile hike through the pines and crack open some Dark Sky Beer at the top of the hill.
After the hike, Taste-about Flagstaff will kick off at SoSoBa Ramen & Cocktails with a signature cocktail from Earn Your Booze included with your taste-about ticket!
