Stuck in the valley of the sun during our hot and humid months? If the answer is yes, then like me you are probably searching for ways to beat the heat, be it by lounging at the pool or sipping on some tasty libations. Great news… not all valley establishments are closed for the summer and many that are open have some excellent deals to boot.
Below is a list of some of the top summer deals I have spotted.

2. Kelly’s at Southbridge. A runner up on my Extended Happy Hour List (https://www.azfoodandwine.com/craft-cocktail-carrie-this-week-best-extended-happy-hours/), I was thrilled to see their extended happy hour time back for the summer! Half price wine bottles, $5 craft cocktails and discounted apps daily from 3-7 pm.

3. Mowry & Cotton. Dining establishment in one of the finest hotels in the valley offering both a brunch and dinner deal for the summer. The dinner feast is $30 per couple including bread, a side and 2 entrees. The Porch Party has a 3 item for $30 option for 3 guests. Many of their drinks are half price for these events! 4. Hearth 61. Nestled inside the newly opened Mountain Shadows resort, this restaurant and bar offer many specials throughout the year. 5. Last but not least, Craft Cocktail Carrie’s top pick for staying cool…is to do a staycation or a daycation at one of the many hotels in the area.
