MOD: Artisan Pizza Exists at a Chain

MOD has 10 locations across Arizona. I was given the opportunity to pop in to the location closest to my home, in the Arcadia area. If you’re expecting cookie cutter pizza because it’s a chain… forget about it. MOD has a variety of delicious artisan style pizzas. On this particular visit, I was there to experience the seasonal flavor: The Sienna. You have had The Sienna before, if you’re a MOD fan. It was brought back for the summer with a special, popular addition- roasted brussels sprouts! What else is on it? This dish features a garlic rub, red onions, sliced mushrooms, a hint of rosemary, Mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheeses. Did I like it? Heck Yeah! It’s DELICIOUS!

In case you’re reading this and The Sienna has gone back into retirement (Sept. 30th, 2016)… don’t fret. There are endless options at MOD. Take one of their Top 10 pizzas and take them as they are or make them your very own. That’s the beauty of MOD. They make your individual artisan pizza right in front of you. Oh and the ingredients are SO FRESH! You can also grab a salad, some cinnamon sticks, or garlic strips. Gluten-free crusts are an option at MOD, but they do acknowledge the risk of cross contamination. So be aware if you have an allergy.

If you’re in the mood for a fun beverage… there’s beer on tap and a variety of fun flavored sodas. I highly recommend checking out the MOD location nearest you. It’s a great place for a quick, delicious lunch or even the perfect place for a casual night out over a pint of local Arizona beer. Check it out and let me know what you think!
