For all the waffle lovers out there–or the people who simply love a sweet treat for breakfast– we’ve got the place for you! Waffle Love in Gilbert will help you experience “love at first bite”, ensuring that when you leave, you will already be planning your next trip back.

Waffle Love is a delightful, delectable business that can only be found in five states, and fortunately, Arizona is one of them! Gilbert plays host to this charming, laid back eatery, and for those not located in the east valley, never fear–they have a food truck! The restaurant houses a visually pleasing atmosphere; colorful murals and art cover the walls, instantly boosting your mood and providing the perfect backdrop for a quick selfie with your food or friends.

The fun and flavorful menu includes a variety of sweet and savory waffle options. We went for sweet and tried The Works, a warm golden waffle covered in Biscoff spread and topped with a floral arrangement of fresh cut strawberries and a dollop of cream ($8). It was as beautiful as it was delicious, and just the right amount of chewy inside, and crunchy outside. We chose to compliment our waffles with Mama’s Cold Brew ($5.50), an iced coffee that packs a punch, with bold, rich flavor. Other beverages like juice, milk, hot coffee and iced tea are also available.

Other waffles available include Churro and Cream (prepare for a cinnamon-sugar explosion), Chocolate Dream (a chocolate stuffed waffle with bananas and whipped cream), and Nutella Love (literally, a chocolate and hazelnut lover’s dream). If you feel the need to balance out some of that sweetness, try one of their savory waffles. The three choices, served on flaky, croissant waffles are the Breakfast Sammy, Avocado Toast, and Grilled Cheese & Bisque. If none of their specialty waffles peak your interest, or you would like to mix and match ingredients and toppings, you have the option to build your own sweet creation!

Waffle Love provides the perfect pick-me-up with their delicious menu options (which are available any time of day), and a vibe that’s relaxing an enjoyable. They also offer catering–something to keep in mind for you next party! Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday-Saturday 8am-10pm, and closed Sunday.
