In honor of Lent, Tres Tempe Restaurant is featuring a different pescatarian special each Friday in April leading up to Easter on Sunday, April 21. The following dishes are available exclusively on the date noted:
April 5 — Grilled Salmon and Baby Arugula Salad with Medjool dates, toasted almonds, Granny Smith apples and sherry vinaigrette, $15
April 12 — Mediterranean Sea Bass topped with toasted pine-nut salsa and cilantro avocado crema, $24
April 19 – Grilled Shrimp and Seared Halibut Cheeks served with smoked onion polenta, pork belly and I’itois, $23
