Guests are invited to hop on into Tres Tempe Restaurant to enjoy a festive brunch in honor of Easter Sunday. On April 21 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Tres presents a spread of culinary delights including:
- Meat and Cheese Display— with artisan charcuterie and cheese
- Fruit Display— featuring sliced, hand-cut harvested fruits garnished with seasonal berries
- Herb Scrambled Eggs
- Tres Frittata— with local wild mushrooms a la grecque, garden baby kale, shaved parmesan and Manchego
- Tres Cheese Torte— with spicy herbed ricotta, roasted poblano peppers, corn tortillas, and salsa verde
- Honey-Peppered Crisp Bacon
- Papas Bravas
- Tres Lemon Ricotta Pancakes— with fresh seasonal berries and confectioner’s sugar served with whipped Chantilly cream and barrel-aged maple syrup
- Spanish Paella— with chorizo, chicken, sofrito, shrimp, mussels, chickpeas, tomatoes and herbs
- Espresso-Rubbed Baron of Beef with a red wine demi, creamy horseradish sauce and silver-dollar-sized rolls
- Tres Miniature Desserts — including Tres Leche Cheese Cake, Citrus Sabayon, Chocolate Hazelnut Torte and Fruit Crostatas
