The Chompie’s family invites diners to celebrate the first night of Passover at any of its four valley restaurant locations. On Saturday, April 12 the following menu is available in honor of the holiday:   Passover Dinner                 Starter—Gefilte Fish with beet horseradish                 Soup—Chicken Soup with Matzo ball                 Entrée, choice of                                 Half Roasted Chicken with pomegranate sauce                                           Tender Braised Beef Brisket with pan gravy                                 Roasted Breast of Turkey with savory Passover stuffing and pan gravy                                 Salmon Filet with dill butter                 Sides—Potato Pancake with sour cream and Roasted Tri-Colored Carrots                 Dessert—An assortment of holiday cakes   The meal is served with Matzo crackers and Charoset. The price begins at $36.99++ per adult and $14.99++ per child (10 and under).   Family style a la carte items can also be added, including: Glazed Carrots, $14.99                 Carrot Tzimmis, $14.99                 Chopped Liver, $14.99                 Mini Stuffed Cabbage (6), $18.99   A Seder plate for the family table is $29.99, which includes a melamine keepsake. The Passover Dinner is also available for dine-in service on Sunday, April 13 from 5 p.m. to close (both nights). Reservations are available at Chompie’s Phoenix and Scottsdale locations.   For those who wish to host their Passover celebrations at home, Chompie’s offers the following To-Go Passover Dinner packages, available from Saturday, April 12 through Sunday, April 20:   The Passover Traditional Package serves four to six guests for $159++ and includes the following: Box of Matzo Crackers Chopped Liver Gefilte Fish with red horseradish Matzo Ball soup Brisket Pan Gravy Mini Potato Pancakes with applesauce Carrot Tzimmis Vanilla Macaroons The Passover Holiday Dinner Package serves four to six guests for $159++ and includes the following: Box of Matzo Crackers Mini Stuffed Cabbage Matzo Ball Soup Half Roast Chicken with pomegranate sauce Pan Gravy Spinach Kugel Tri-Colored Roasted Carrots Vanilla Macaroons Packages are available for pre-order at chompies.com/Passover-dinner/ beginning Tuesday, March 18.
