Virtú Pizzeria in Scottsdale has extended its hours and added new menu items for the lunchtime crowd. The restaurant is now open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. serving its delicious pizzas as well as all-new panuozzi — napoletana sandwiches, a classic Naples street food.Panuozzi choices include the following:Spaccanapoli — prosciutto di parma, mozzarella, rucola and balsamico, $15Via Toledo — salame napoletana, fior di latte, eggplant and rocket, $16Via Tribunali — sausage meatballs, caciocavallo and scamorza cheeses, $16Via San Gregorio — sausage, peppers, French fries and ‘nduja, $17Via Duomo — sausage, roasted garlic broccoli rabe and provolone, $17These sandwiches are available in addition to other items such as pizze bianche (white pizza) and pizze rosse (with red sauce) selections as well as pasta options.
