    Virtú Pizzeria in Scottsdale has extended its hours and added new menu items for the lunchtime crowd. The restaurant is now open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. serving its delicious pizzas as well as all-new panuozzi — napoletana sandwiches, a classic Naples street food.
    Panuozzi choices include the following:
    Spaccanapoli — prosciutto di parma, mozzarella, rucola and balsamico, $15
    Via Toledo — salame napoletana, fior di latte, eggplant and rocket, $16
    Via Tribunali — sausage meatballs, caciocavallo and scamorza cheeses, $16
    Via San Gregorio — sausage, peppers, French fries and ‘nduja, $17
    Via Duomo — sausage, roasted garlic broccoli rabe and provolone, $17
    These sandwiches are available in addition to other items such as pizze bianche (white pizza) and pizze rosse (with red sauce) selections as well as pasta options. Pasta dishes include:
    Mulberry Street — a classic New York Little Italy penne alla vodka with sweet sausage and smoked scamorza, $27
    Pastasciutta — spaghetti with simple tomato sugo, garlic, basil and parmigiano Reggiano, $24
    Ragu — rigatoni, slow-cooked pork ragu, roasted garlic and basil and topped with burrata, $28
    Other choices include starters from the Insalata with baby arugula ($16) to the Burrata ($18)
