    Chef Gio Osso, owner of Virtú Honest Craft in Scottsdale, is pleased to present an exclusive multi-course pig roast dining experience. This multi-course meal can be booked for private parties of at least six people.

     

    This one-of-a-kind dinner party features multi courses within the four-course meal, beginning with Virtú antipasto for the table with charcuterie, cheeses and more followed by a salad and pasta course with house-made sausages. The main event — the whole roasted cochinillo pig itself — features a nine to 11 pound pig that has been smoked then roasted and served with charred lemons, salsa verde, Calabrian potatoes, broccoli rabe and other chef’s side dishes. Finally, the dessert course features several indulgent choices such as chocolate cake.

     

    This unique experience, perfect for large families, parties as well as special celebrations and occasions, must be booked at least 72 hours (three days) in advance. The price per person is $150, plus tax and gratuity.
