Macayo’s Mexican Food is getting ready to unveil its own Macayo’s Sweet and Sour! This delicious concoction, which serves as a fundamental ingredient of many cocktails, including Macayo’s famous margaritas, is getting an overhaul.
Every year, Macayo’s serves half a million margaritas across the valley. Now, they are going to be even better as the brand introduces its all-new handcrafted sweet and sour featuring better ingredients. First and foremost, however, the new sweet and sour maintains the flavor profile that guests have come to know and love from Macayo’s margaritas and other signature sips.
On Thursday, Oct. 24, Macayo’s will begin serving cocktails with its new handcrafted sweet and sour made with USDA organic agave nectar, fresh lemon and lime juices, Fair Trade cane sugar — and without any high fructose corn syrup.
After all, a better sweet and sour makes for a better margarita! So come in and raise a glass to a better-than-ever (and a little “better-for you”) Macayo’s margarita or any other classic cocktail featuring sweet and sour.
In addition to enjoying a Macayo’s margarita at the restaurant, guests can also enjoy a famous Macayo’s margarita in the comfort of their own homes with the Macayo’s Margaritas To Go kits, available at locations valleywide.
