Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse Locations Announce Thanksgiving Dine-In and To-Go Offerings Nov. 28

This Thanksgiving, let Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse take care of the cooking! Both Scottsdale locations, DC Ranch and Terravita, are offering the following dine-in and to-go options:

On Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Liberty Station is preparing a classic Thanksgiving meal, with some Liberty Station favorites available, too. Diners can enjoy three courses for just $50++, or they are welcome to order a la carte from the following selections:

Appetizer, choice of one (or $11 each):

                Liberty Salad

                Classic Caesar Salad

                New England Clam Chowder

                Butternut Squash Bisque

Entrée, choice of one (or $32 each):

Traditional Turkey Dinner with sliced smoked turkey, green beans, chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy

                Baja Seabass with green beans, mashed potatoes and creole beurre blanc

Texas Brisket or Carolina Pork Shoulder with choice of two sides — green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw or cornbread

Dessert, choice of one (or $12 each):

                Apple pie

                Pumpkin pie

                Chocolate cake

Diners can also enjoy popular sharables such as Firecracker Shrimp ($15), Tavern Tots ($12), Deviled Eggs ($14) and Green Chili Pork Stew ($16). Featured cocktails to enhance the Thanksgiving meal include:

                Spiced Apple Old Fashioned with Maker’s Mark and spiced apple, $15

                Spiced Apple French 75 with Zephyr gin, spiced apple, fresh lemon and Opera Prima Brut, $15

For those who wish to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday at home, but want to skip the cooking, Liberty Station offers the following to-go package for $40++ per person:

                Thanksgiving Feast — Half-pound sliced smoked turkey, mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, homestyle gravy, house bread and pumpkin or apple pie.

Orders must be placed by Monday, Nov. 25, or while supplies last. Thanksgiving To-Go packages will be available for pick-up at a scheduled time between 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27 or between 11 a.m.-noon on Thursday, Nov. 28.
