Koi Poke Introduces New White Meat Grilled Chicken Option to Menu Now Available

Koi Poke is giving chicken enthusiasts something to cluck about with the addition of chicken as a fresh protein option for its custom bowls. Much like the restaurant’s popular poke bowls, which can be customized with fresh-from-the-sea options such as Hawaiian tuna, lobster, yellowtail, shrimp and more, diners can select white meat grilled chicken as a protein option to top their choice of base (including white or brown rice or spring mix), and then continue to customize their grilled chicken bowl with toppings such as cucumber, shaved Brussel sprouts, kale, cilantro, jalapeno and more.
Then guests can “sauce it up” with options from teriyaki to house sriracha aioli, and finally garnish it with crispy onion or garlic, sesame seeds, furkake and more. Grilled chicken bowls are available in three sizes — small (four ounces of white meat for $9), medium (six ounces of white meat for $11) and large (8 ounces of white meat for $13).
