Chula Seafood is making Thanksgiving hosting a little easier with its “Everything But the Turkey” packages, available at its three valley wide locations — Chula Uptown in Phoenix, Chula Rosie in South Scottsdale and Chula Grayhawk in North Scottsdale. Everything But the Turkey packages vary slightly based on location and feature a variety of fresh and delicious side dishes that are ready to heat, assemble and enjoy, including:

Everything But the Turkey Bundle — Chula Uptown/Phoenix

Crab Potato Gratin with snow crab, potatoes, goat cheese, gruyere and chive

Roasted Acorn Squash with sage brown butter and walnuts

Shrimp Louie Salad with house Russian dressing, heirloom tomato, egg, bibb lettuce, pickled onion and watermelon radish

Sausage Stuffing made with Noble bread, fennel, leeks, Italian sausage, rosemary, sage and thyme

Bread, Butter and Jam — Noble dinner rolls, house focaccia, spiced cranberry jam and five spice apple butter

Everything But the Turkey — Chula South Scottsdale/Rosie

Autumn Salad with Tuscan kale, arugula, roasted seasonal squash, fuji apple, pomegranate seeds, pepitas, parmesan and maple-miso vinaigrette

Everything But the Turkey bundles are now available for preorder and must be received by Sunday, Nov. 24. Pick up begins on Wednesday, Nov. 27 after 11 a.m. Scheduled pick-up times at precise locations will be arranged upon preorder. Bundles start at $150++.
