    Take a Mediterranean vacation without leaving town this summer at Rusconi’s American Kitchen! On Tuesday, July 23 at 6:30 p.m., Chef and Owner Michael Rusconi presents a special three-course Mediterranean Rosé wine dinner featuring the following menu and pairings:

    Course One: Seared Tuna Nicoise with pickled quail egg, French beans, tomato, tiny potato and tiny greens

    Pairing: 2022 League of Rogues, The Wandering Tortoise, Rosé – Paso Robles, California

     

    Course Two: Seared Sea Scallops with celery root puree, truffle beurre blanc and fava beans

    Pairing: 2020 Fleur De Mer, Cotes De Provence Rosé – Provence, France

     

    Course Three: Clafoutis with Washington cherries

    Pairing: Campo Viejo Brut Rose Reserva Cava – Rioja, Spain
