While some like to rosé all day, why not rosé into the night with a special five-course pairing dinner at Match Restaurant and Lounge? On Friday, February 15, guests can do just that with a chef-curated menu specially designed to pair perfectly with a variety of the popular blush wines. Menu includes:
- 1st Course— Oysters and Caviar with pickled watermelon radish, paired with Gruet Rosé
- 2nd Course— Radicchio and Watercress Salad with gorgonzola, shaved pear and poppy seed vinaigrette, served with Ryder Estate Pinot Noir Rosé
- 3rd Course— Lobster Ravioli with saffron beurre blanc, parmesan crisp, and micro basil, complimented by Antinori Cipresseto Rosato
- 4th Course— Sweet and Smoky Short Rib with raspberry and pasilla chili BBQ sauce with roasted root vegetable medley, paired with JNSQ Rosé Cru
- 5th Course— Lemon and Mint Sorbet with candied lemon slices, served with The Palm by Whispering Angel Provence Rose
