Profile
National Tequila Day is Tuesday, July 24, and the Thirsty Camel at The Phoenician is paying tribute to the much-loved Mexican spirit by offering one of its signature summer sippers at half-off.
The laidback hangout inside Scottsdale’s AAA Five Diamond Phoenician resort is serving up its fan-favorite Fresca, made with El Tesoro Blanco Tequila, mango puree, chili shrub, lime juice and simple syrup, all National Tequila Day for only $7 (normally $14). Stop by and sip on one while enjoying the sounds of multi-talented drummer, percussionist and singer/songwriter Miguel Melgoza, set to play between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. that evening.
In addition to $7 Frescas on National Tequila Day, Thirsty Camel visitors can enjoy all-day happy hour pricing every day, all summer (think $5 select beers, $10 glasses of rosé, $12 red, white or rosé Sangria, among others) so swing through after lunch, a day at the office or ahead of an evening out for sensational views, relaxed surroundings and unbeatable limited-time drink deals.
