Trapp Haus BBQ is getting spring fever with specials in honor of seasonal holidays — as well as in celebration of the restaurant’s own three-year anniversary! Specials and new offerings include:
Friday, March 5 kicks off the anniversary festivities. Trapp Haus BBQ invites regulars, visitors and the Frist Friday crowd alike to raise a glass to three years of success (and counting!) with the new Purple Rain cocktail featuring vodka, citrus hints and raspberry syrup for a refreshing sip of spring. New family-style menu offerings include Chicken Fried Corn and Fried Pickles, and two new flavor options for Trapp Haus’s famous Jumbo Philly Crack Wings have been added to the menu — Jamaican Jerked and Nashville Hot.
On Wednesday, March 17, Trapp Haus BBQ “goes green” in honor of St. Patrick’s Day! Guests can take in some luck of the Irish with $3.00 Green Tea shots all day, enjoy Trapp Haus’s Ruben Sandwich for just $12.50, or order Trapp’s take on traditional bangers and mash with the House Made Banger and Trapp, featuring a smoked hot link over crispy mashed potatoes topped with cheese, BBQ sauce and crispy onions for $12.99.
Orders are now being taken for Easter Sunday (April 4). Impress family and loved ones with a tender country smoked ham or a deep fried ham boasting bacon on the outside and juicy ham on the inside, each $85 (for a 12-pound ham). Pre-orders and pick-up times can be arranged by calling 602-466-5462.
