It’s finally fall! And while many people are apple picking and ordering up pumpkin spice lattes, Trapp Haus’ Pitmaster Phil “The Grill” Johnson is launching some all new smokin’ hot menu items, available throughout October.
Beginning Friday, October 1, BBQ lovers can get the scoop on the featured menu item of the month — Chicken Fried Nachos. This hearty plate features a mountain of fried chicken skin chips topped with smoked pulled chicken, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream for $9.99.
In preparation for Thanksgiving, Trapp Haus is also launching new menu items featuring smoked turkey. Beginning Monday, October 18, turkey lovers can gobble up these tasty new dishes:
1/2 Pound of Cajun Fried Turkey Breast, sliced, for $12.99
Turkey Monte Cristo — A beautiful marriage between French Toast and a grilled cheese, this melty cheesy sandwich is loaded with Cajun fried turkey breast and fresh cranberry sauce; served with homemade chips, $13.99
Trapp Haus BBQ is open seven days a week; hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
