    In honor of Easter Sunday, April 21, The Market by Jennifer’s is featuring a special brunch menu available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Selections are a la carte and include the following:

    Appetizers

    • Gravalox —Smoked salmon on potato-fennel pancake with crème fraiche, shallots, dill and lemon zest, $15
    • Asparagus Board— Poached asparagus and burrata cheese with roasted leeks, prosciutto, and frisee salad served with crostini,$15
    • Deviled Eggs— Two of each of the following: spring pea and ham, crème fraiche and dill sprig, and tomato-paprika and chive, $12
    • Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad —Heirloom,beefsteak, and cherry tomatoes with watermelon cubes, feta, basil microgreens, extra virgin olive oil, reduced balsamic, coarse salt, and cracked pepper, $12

    Entrees

    • Chicken and Biscuits —House-made cheddar-scallion buttermilk biscuit with crispy organic chicken breast, dressed with Arizona honey butter and pickled watermelon rind, $16
    • Ricotta Pancakes —Fluffy ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote and lemon curd sprinkled powdered sugar, $12
    • Avocado Toast— Toasted Noble country bread spread with smashed avocado, two poached cage-free eggs, crispy prosciutto, and watercress salad, $14
    • Apricot Riesling Glazed Ham and Eggs —Apricot-Riesling glazed spiral ham and sunny-side cage-free eggs with crispy Yukon gold potatoes and tri-colored baby carrots, $18
    • Seafood Risotto —Arborio rice infused with lobster butter, fresh lemon zest and chive accompanied with whole blue king prawn, lumps of red sea crab and a perfectly seared scallop, $28

    Dessert

    • Raspberry Custard Tarts — Individual vanilla cream tarts topped with organic raspberries and served with a side of chocolate sauce,$10
    • Coconut Cream Cake —Pastry-cream filled coconut caketopped with meringue and shredded coconut with crème anglaise on the side, $10
    • Callebaut Chocolate Mousse (GF) — Callebaut dark chocolate mousse with pecan caramel corn and vanilla bean froth,$10
