In the spirit of Christmas, the Rusconis invite guests to dine with them like family with a celebratory three-course menu available exclusively on Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24. Guests can choose one selection for each course; menu is as follows:
First Course, choice of one:
Lobster Bisque with Gulf shrimp ravioli
Baby Field Greens and Amish Blue Cheese Fritter with apple-pears, spiced pecans and sherry vinaigrette
Sonoma Goat Cheese and Arugula Salad with watermelon radish, crispy chickpeas and Nixon Square Meyer lemon dressing
Pan Roasted Shrimp and Linguica Sausage with vanilla-scented sweet potato, crustacean jus and chive
Main Course, choice of one:
Fall Spice Rubbed Breast of Duck and Wild Blueberry Shellack with parsnip puree, baby carrots and pomegranate
Crisp Parmesan and Herb Risotto (v) with roasted mushrooms, baby carrots, broccolini, and mild pepper jus
21-Day Aged Wood-Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin with truffle scented potato puree, charred broccolini and red wine sauce
Garlic and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with fingerling potatoes, garlic confit, braised fennel and tarragon jus
Pan Roasted Striped Sea Bass with cured tomato, confit garlic, Schreiner’s sausage, Ramona Farms tepary bean ragout and citrus emulsion
Desserts, choice of one:
Blueberry and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with strawberries, vanilla and chocolate sauces
Pumpkin Cheesecake with caramel and vanilla sauce
Bananas Foster Crème Brûlée with winter berries
