Rusconi’s American Kitchen invites diners to enjoy a special three-course meal in honor of 2021 coming to a close and in celebration of 2022.
Guests can choose one selection for each course; menu is as follows:
First Course, choice of one:
-Warm Blue Cheese Fritters with Taylor Farms Baby Greens with maple vinaigrette, grilled apples and toasted pine nuts
-Lobster Bisque with crustacean oil, gulf shrimp and chives
-Baby Carrots and Roasted Beets with Herbed Quinoa with toasted sesame seeds, Sonoma goat cheese, arugula pesto and tiny roquette
-Braised Beef Short Rib with cabernet sauce, mascarpone grits and shaved radish salad
Entrée, choice of one:
Black Striped Bass with heirloom potatoes, fennel, cured tomatoes, olives and citrus jus
Grilled Vegetable and Goat Cheese Bread Pudding with wilted baby spinach, small vegetables and carrot jus
Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate and Apple Glaze charred broccolini, sweet potato puree and apple jus
28-day Aged Tenderloin of Beef with truffle scented risotto, shitake mushrooms, small green beans and red wine gastrique
Dessert, choice of one:
-White Chocolate and Blueberry Bread Pudding with salted caramel and vanilla sauces
-Blackberry Panna Cotta with mango and strawberry relish and coconut cream sauce
-Maple Scented Crème Brûlée
