If the way to a man’s (or woman’s!) heart is through the stomach, love is sure to blossom at Phoenix City Grille this Valentine’s Day. In honor of this love-filled holiday, PCG is offering the following specials on Sunday, February 14:
New England Clam Chowder with smoked bacon, sea clams, fresh herbs, potatoes and cream, $7/cup; $13/bowl
Smoked Prime Rib — 12-ounce cut with wild mushrooms and charred corn relish, bleu cheese dauphinoise potatoes, chimayo haystack onions and red chile au jus, $39
Filet and Lobster — Five-ounce wood-grilled beef tenderloin with PCG Private Select bourbon and black pepper demi and a six-ounce butter-poached lobster tail with Pernod butter sauce served with melted leek potato puree, heirloom tomato confit and baby pea tendrils, $49
Pan-Seared Chula Seafood Sea Bass with vanilla bean celery root puree, Meyer lemon-basil chimichurri, tri-color roasted cauliflower and pomegranate-Arizona citrus relish, $34
