On Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 6 p.m., bourbon lovers are invited to the Remus Bourbon Dinner at Phoenix City Grille, during which they can enjoy a curated pairing of excellent food and pours.

1st Course: McClendon’s Select Farms Baby Gem Salad with spiced Arizona pecans, Crow’s Dairy goat cheese, pickled onions, sun-kissed strawberries, and apple and maple bourbon vinaigrette paired with 2021 Remus Volstead Reserve 100th Anniversary Commemorative Edition

2nd Course: Pan-Seared Jumbo Scallop with spiced carrot puree, braised golden beet, vanilla bean beurre blanc and mustard seed “caviar” paired with Remus Repeal Reserve Series VIII

3rd Course: Brown Sugar Citrus-Brined Duroc Pork Chop with sweet potato puree, pickled apple and fennel relish, fig gastrique and micro cilantro paired with Remus Babe Ruth Reserve

4th Course: Espresso Crème Brulee with caramelized bourbon smoked sugar, toasted pistachios and charred orange zest paired with Remus Gatsby Reserve

The cost for this unforgettable experience is $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations can be secured by contacting Brittnee Reed at privatedining@phoenixcitygrille.com or 602-510-7174.
