Phoenix City Grille Celebrates Moms with Special Brunch and Dinner Menus Available on Mother’s Day

    In honor of hardworking mothers around the valley, Phoenix City Grille is rolling out a special Mother’s Day menu available for pick-up on Sunday, May 10. With options for brunch and dinner, guests can pre-order their meal and pick-up at designated times for brunch (between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) and dinner (3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.)

     

    “Brunch for Four” is $60 and includes:

    Three pounds of Glazed Ham

    Half Quiche with green chile, Monterey jack cheese and roasted corn

    Six Wolferman’s English Muffins, ready to toast a home, served with Dickinson’s Red Raspberry Preserves

    24-ounces of Fresh Fruit Salad featuring seasonal melons tossed with grapes and berries

     

    The following Brunch Extras are available a la carte:

    Berry Brioche Bread Pudding with crème anglaise and pure Vermont maple syrup (three full servings), $25

    A pint of Naked Orange Juice, $5

    Four House-baked Cinnamon Spice Muffins, $10

    Mimosa kit, $12

    Bloody Mary Kit, $22

     

    Mother’s Day Dinner for Four is $80 and available for pick-up between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Meal includes:

    Choice of three pounds of either Glazed Ham OR Roasted Turkey with fresh herb gravy

    Choice of Garlic Mashed Potatoes OR Scalloped Potatoes

    McClendon Select Honey and Citrus Glazed Carrots

    Choice of House Salad with dressing of choice or Caesar Salad

    One Dozen Mediterra Bakehouse Dinner Rolls, ready to heat and serve at home

     

    Extras available for additional purchase a la carte are as follows:

    French Green Beans with smoked bacon, Marcona almonds and balsamic reduction, $15

    Macaroni and Cheese Casserole featuring a three-cheese blend and herbed crumb topping, $22

    Family Bread Pudding with Jack Daniel’s whiskey lime sauce and house caramel (equivalent to three full orders), $20

    Whole Sweet Buttermilk Custard Pie with caramel sauce, $30

     

    To really wine and dine Mom on this special day, a bottle of Angeline Pinot Noir (suggested with the ham dinner) or bottle of Mezzacorona Pinot Grigio (suggested to pair with the turkey dinner) can be added for just $20 each.

     

    Mother’s Day pre-orders must be received by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5. Guests may call 602-266-3001 to place their order for pick-up on Mother’s Day.

     

    In addition, Phoenix City Grille is offering its full selection of Family Meals, designed to feed a family of four and served ready to eat. Options include the following favorites:

     

    Macaroni and Cheese with Crumb Topping, $22

    PCG Pasta with sautéed all natural chicken, penne pasta, Mount Hope sun-dried tomatoes, and broccoli, tossed in a roasted garlic and chardonnay cream sauce and garnished with Romano cheese $40

    Chipotle BBQ Chicken Breast (GF) Grilled chicken breast, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and a sweet corn sauté, $40

    Madison Stir Fry (GF) Sautéed chicken and seasonal vegetables tossed in a citrus-sriracha glaze with a coconut rice, quinoa pilaf and toasted sesame seeds, $40

    Rose Lane Chicken (GF) Pan roasted all natural chicken breast with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, grilled organic broccolini and tarragon jus, $45

    16th Street Beef Short Rib (GF) PCG’s signature braised beef, grilled local organic broccolini, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and red wine reduction, $50

    Two Bowls of Soup — Soup of the day or Black Bean

    Caesar Salad — Hearts of Romaine with garlic croutons, grape tomatoes, and Pecorino Romano; served with a pint of green chile Caesar dressing on the side

    House Salad (GF) — Mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and baby heirloom tomatoes; served with a pint of sherry vinaigrette, chiltepin-dijon, honey lime, buttermilk or blue cheese dressing.

    Ramona Farms Super Food Salad with Tepary beans, Sonoran wheat berries, arugula, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, roasted yams and panela cheese; served with a pint of chiltepin-dijon on the side.
