Original Breakfast House Introduces “Inflation Fighter” Breakfast Menu to Combat Rising Prices - January 28, 2022

There is really no industry that hasn’t been affected by supply chain issues, the pandemic and rising supply costs. But the food and beverage industry has been particularly hard hit in the wake of mandated closures due to COVID. Facing the challenge of regaining their losses, local restaurateurs were then met with shortages of ingredients and supplies. Now add inflation to that and the result is a “perfect storm” that has forced many local business owners to raise their prices.

But John Stidham, owner of neighborhood favorite Original Breakfast House, is trying to ease the pinch for his loyal customers with his new Inflation Fighter menu. Available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the Inflation Fighter menu includes the following selections for just $8.95 each:

One slice of French toast, one egg and bacon or sausage

One pancake, one egg and bacon or sausage

One egg, potatoes, bacon or sausage and toast

Two-egg cheese omelet with potatoes and toast
