In honor of Easter Sunday celebrations, Ocean Prime announces a special brunch menu. Guests can start their meal with a Blood Orange Mimosa — featuring blood orange juice, simple syrup, Cointreau and Champagne — for $9 or Ocean Prime’s Signature Bloody Mary with choice of vodka, house made mix and jumbo shrimp for $18. Dishes are á la carte and include:
Smoked Salmon — with sliced tomato, red onion, arugula, and whipped cream cheese on a bagel, $18
Blackened Salmon Salad —strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, goat cheese and field greens topped with basil poppy seed dressing and candied walnuts, $24
French Toast — with mixed fresh berries, lemon curd, candied bacon and warm maple syrup, $15
Lobster Toast — with sunny-side egg, avocado, sweet peas and preserved lemon, $24
Crab & Eggs — English muffin topped with crab cakes, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce; served with fresh fruit, and mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette, $19
Braised Short Rib Surf and Turf — served with crispy gouda potato cake, lobster claw, and poached egg with hollandaise sauce, $22
