Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 7, diners will be treated to an all-new tasting experience at Rusconi’s American Kitchen. Guests can indulge the in the four-course menu below, which The evening begins with a chef’s amuse to whet diners’ appetites before they indulge in the four-course menu featuring:
Tomato and Buratta Salad with marinated cucumbers, shallots, arugula pesto and basil sorbet
Optional pairing: 2022 Squealing Pig Chardonnay, Marlborough, New Zealand
Pan-Seared Georges Bank Scallops with English pea risotto, edamame beans and ginger carrot jus
Optional pairing: 2022 Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay, Russian River
Pecan-wood Grilled Lamb Porterhouse with warm herbed fingerling potato salad and red wine reduction
Optional pairing: 2021 Browne Family Vineyards Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley
Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding with caramel, chocolate and vanilla sauces
Optional pairing: Chef’s selected dessert wine
This exclusive three-course tasting menu begins at $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings, as noted, are available to enhance this experience for an additional $30.
