On Wednesday, February 24 Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse is pleased to present a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring all French varietals from Kermit Lynch Importers. Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. and menu includes:
First Course — Goat Cheese Salad with mixed greens, candied pecans and plum vinegar paired with Domaine du Salvard, Cheverny Blanc, Loire Valley
Second Course — Pan-Seared Branzino with cauliflower puree and roasted tomatoes served with Champalou, Vouvray, Loire Valley
Third Couse — Marinated Pork Tenderloin roasted corn puree and fried asparagus chips complemented by Nicole Chanrion, Cote de Brouilly, Burgundy
Fourth Course — Seared Beef Tenderloin with Yukon mashed potatoes and red wine demi paired with Domaine de Durban, Gigondas, Rhone Valley
Fifth Course — Crème Brulee served with Patrick Bottex, Bugey-Cerdon Rosé, Savoy
