FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel and Match Market & Bar are full of holiday spirit and they invite guests and local residents alike to celebrate the season with them on Saturday, December 25 with a festive meal. The exclusive holiday menu features three courses with the following selections:

First Course, Choice of — 

-House Chopped Salad featuring greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, croutons and red wine vinaigrette

-Winter Squash Soup with crème fraîche (*vegan option available)

Second Course, Choice of —

-Airline Chicken with carrot puree, farro, broccolini and brown butter sage

-Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout with winter squash, swiss chard, kale, broccolini and brown butter sage

-Prime Rib with au gratin potatoes, broccolini, au jus and creamy horseradish

-Truffle Ravioli (vegan/vegetarian) featuring almond milk truffle ricotta, Miyoko brown butter, mushroom medley and garlic crumbles

Third Course, Choice of — 

-Brown Butter Pistachio Hand Pie with brown butter crust, pistachio custard and black cherries

-Chocolate Mousse Trifle (vegan/vegetarian) with raspberries, black cherries and amaretto whipped cream
