Dapper & Stout Celebrates National Bow Tie Day with Virtual “Bow Tie Fashion Show” and “Bow Ties for Teens” Donation Drive August 14-28 - August 17, 2020

In honor of National Bow Tie Day on August 28, Dapper & Stout is “tying in” some special events and donation days this month — including a virtual fashion show and charity donation drive benefitting Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation (AFFCF), the local non-profit that promotes the self-esteem of and enriches the lives of youth in foster care by funding activities, education and other programs and needs to provide them with quality experiences.

From Friday, August 14 through Friday, August 28, stylish social media fans (and their fancy Fidos) are invited to don their most dapper bow ties and post their pictures on Dapper & Stout’s social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) to enter the virtual Bow Tie Fashion Show. The winner will be chosen and notified by Tuesday, September 1 and a donation will be made by Dapper & Stout to AFFCF on the winner’s behalf. The first place winner will receive a $100 gift card to Dapper & Stout and some great swag, while “Top Dog” in the Dapper Dog category will receive a $50 gift card (hopefully to share with his owner!).

National Bow Tie Day (Friday, August 28) is “Bow Ties for Teens” day at Dapper & Stout! All day, both coffee shop locations will donate a portion of purchases from anyone wearing a bow tie as well as a portion of all Signature Bowtie drink purchases to AFFCF’s teen program. Throughout the month, patrons are welcome to make donations to AFFCF via Dapper & Stout.
