    On Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at 6 p.m., Anhelo invites wine enthusiasts to enjoy an unparalleled wine pairing dinner featuring Domaines and champagne. The evening begins with a champagne reception, followed by a multi-course dinner created by Chef Ivan Jacobo, featuring the following pairings:

     

    First Course — 2019 Domaine Leflaive Mâcon–Verzé (Chardonnay)

    Second Course — 2017 Domaine Génot-Boulanger Meursault Premier Cru Bouchères (Chardonnay)

    Third Course — 2017 Domaine Denis Bachelet Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes (Pinot Noir)

    Fourth Course — 2006 Hudelot-Noëllat Clos Vougeot Grand Cru (Pinot Noir)
