Phoenix City Grille is thrilled to present a once-in-a-lifetime pairing experience featuring Sazerac Whiskey! On Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, this incredible pairing dinner will be hosted by Drew Mayville, master blender for Sazerac, who will pour and discuss five very allocated bourbons and whiskeys, including two BTAC expressions, all paired with an incredible multi-course meal artfully crafted by Phoenix City Grille’s own Micah Wyzlic. The evening begins with The Whiskey Rebellion welcome cocktail featuring PCG’s Private Barrel Select Stagg, Brucato Orchards Amaro, Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino, orange bitters and St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram rinse.
