BlueFire Grille Re-Heats with New Menus

BlueFire Grille at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas recently re-launched with modernized space, as part of a $5M revitalization, which will be completed this spring. Executive Chef Patrick Doyle is now the leader and influence behind the new Southwest-inspired menu. Doyle is committed to using local ingredients. Not only has he created a sumptuous Southwest-inspired menu and refreshing Specialty Cocktails menu, he has also created a menu with Spring Training Specials, which is available through April 3rd.

Some of the highlights of the new Southwest-inspired menu include:

Desert Flat-Serrano Ham, Fig Jam, Arugula and Goat

Caprese- Fresh Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Basil with Balsamic Glaze

Steak Diane-Filet Medallions, Classic Steak Diane Mushroom Demi Sauté, Asparagus & Yukon Gold Mash

Chocolate Lava Cake-Raspberry Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream (I wish I had some now)

The Cocktail Menu serves up several refreshing cocktails including:
Cherry Lemonade-Sveda cherry vodka, lemonade, splash of cherry juice, fresh lime juice, kissed with cherry and lime. So refreshing!

A few of the Spring Training Specials include:

House made Corn Dogs-7”(in case size matters) Hebrew National Hot Dog dipped in house made sweet corn batter. Served with spiced onion chutney and Ancho Dipping Sauce

Fresh Made Soft Pretzel Sticks (in case you have that one Vegetarian Friend, but love them anyway)-Fresh baked in house with Maldon salt crystals, served with whole grain mustard and cheese dipping sauce.

BBQ Beef Brisket, slow braised beef with Kansas City BBQ and Cole Slaw on Brioche Bun. Kettle Chips & pickle.

Of course you can quench your thirst with a selection of draft beer, or bottled domestic and imported beer. Not a beer fan? No problem, they have an extensive selection of wine and refreshing cocktail menu to quench your thirst after a day at the game.
