Rusconi’s American Kitchen invites singles and couples to fall in love with their special Valentine’s Day menus available exclusively on Thursday, February 14.
Those dining a deux can enjoy a romantic menu for seating in the dining room. Cost is $69 per person ++ and includes one choice of the following first course, main course and dessert dishes:
First Course
- Shaved Candy Cane Beets with Wild Arugula — shaved watermelon radish and American goat cheese
- Baby Romaine Salad with Farmstead San Joaquin Gold — with smoked bacon vinaigrette, crumbled eggs and roquette pesto
- Lobster Bisque — featuringroasted Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp
- Guajillo Seared Ahi Tuna— with grilled pineapple, mango, fresno chili, quinoa and avocado
- Pan-roasted Georges Bank Sea Scallops — withgarnet yam puree, bacon dressing, granny smith apples and tiny greens
- Slow-Braised Boneless Short Ribs With Butternut Squash Spaetzle — with red wine jus
Main Course
- Herbed Breast of Natural Chicken — withmascarpone and Italian bacon risotto, heirloom carrots and balsamic onion jus
- Blackberry-glazed Roasted Natural Pork Loin — withcauliflower puree, baby cabbages, bacon dressing and port wine reduction
- Roasted Rack of Lamb with Smoked Tomato Crust — with heirloom potatoes, small green beans, fennel, cured tomato and roquette pesto
- Wood-grilled Florida Grouper and Blue Crab— with herb spaetzle, heirloom carrots and vanilla-scented Meyer lemon sauce
- 21-day Aged Filet of Beef Tenderloin — with spaghetti squash, wilted spinach, sweet potato dumplings and red wine gastrique
