    The holidays are rapidly approaching and Phoenix City Grille is getting into the celebratory spirit by releasing its Christmas Eve three-course menu, which will be offered exclusively on Tuesday, Dec. 24. The prix fixe menu includes one selection from each category below:

     

    STARTERS

    Roasted Butternut Soup made with butternut squash, roasted peppers, toasted pepitas and maple crema

     

    Baby Spinach Salad featuring local citrus segments, sunflower seeds, sun kissed cherries, red onion and red wine thyme vinaigrette

     

    Crab Cake with arugula, local radish, avocado mousse and mustard vinaigrette

     

    Corey’s 7-Spice Pork Belly with a sevenday cure, sweet potato puree, bourbon barrel-aged maple gastrique, and pickled fennel and cucumber relish

     

    Soy Lime-Marinated Ahi Tuna Poke Tostada with Fresno chilies, avocado, toasted sesame seeds, sriracha aioli and scallions

     

    ENTRÉE COURSE

    Grilled Pork Tenderloin with horseradish mashed potatoes, balsamic-glazed vegetable sauté and jalapeno jelly

     

    Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with green chile corn cakes, Oaxacan chile maple glaze and green bean slaw

     

    12-oz. All-Natural Linz Heritage Prime Grade Prime Rib with gorgonzola smashed Yukons, brandy peppercorn au jus, roasted corn and wild mushroom relish and creamed horseradish

     

    Coffee-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with parsnip leek puree, roasted cipollini onions and pomegranate reduction

     

    Crab-Crusted Chula Seafood Bluenose Bass with sunchoke puree, roasted local beets, frisee, pomegranate seeds and lemongrass beurre blanc

     

    DESSERT COURSE

    Holiday Sundae featuring peppermint stick gelato, canela chocolate sauce and PCG party nut mix

     

    Pumpkin Cheesecake with bourbon craisin compote and Chantilly cream

     

    Espresso Pot De Creme with spiced Arizona pecans, chocolate covered espresso beans and fresh berries

     

    This prix fixe menu is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity; it will be offered on Christmas Eve in lieu of Phoenix City Grille’s regular menu.

    Reservations will be taken from 4-7:30 p.m. Phoenix City Grille will close at 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve and remain closed through Christmas Day, Dec. 25.
