Rusconi’s American Kitchen is honoring Dad this Father’s Day with a delectable three-course prix fixe menu that is available from Friday, June 14 through Sunday, June 16.
Rusconi’s Father’s Day menu options include:
First Course, choice of one:
Spring Corn Soup and Wild Blue Crab with crustacean oil and chive
Tomato and Burrata Salad with Basil Sorbet with marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and tiny greens
Entrée Course, choice of one:
Pecan Wood-Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak and Prawns with English pea risotto, grilled broccolini, cabernet gastrique and goat cheese crema
Really Slow-Cooked Pork Shank Osso Bucco with preserved cherry and orange glaze, crispy sweet potato, and prickly pear–braised red cabbage
Dessert, choice of one:
Michael’s Brûlée Banana Split with House–made Luxardo Cherry with peanut butter ice cream, chocolate sauce and candied pecansDark Chocolate Creme Brûlée
This menu is available for $59 per person, plus tax and gratuity and includes one glass of chef’s choice red or white wine, beer or non-alcoholic.
