At noon on Saturday, Jan. 27, food and wine enthusiasts are invited to the latest event in the Rusconi’s American Kitchen’s Wine and Food Bites 101. This fun and engaging series encourages guests to expand their culinary education in the most delicious way.

Pairings include:

Roasted Squash and Sweet Potato Bisque paired with Latour Pouilly Fuisse

Medallion of Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Herb Spaetzle with black currant jus and spaghetti squash paired with Truchard Merlot

Brie Cheesecake with dark berries paired with Wairau Pinot Noir
