The White Rabbit, located at 207 N. Gilbert Rd., is celebrating its five-year anniversary this fall. In honor of this milestone, the Gilbert speakeasy’s founder has announced celebratory events and special releases throughout October.

“We’re honored to be celebrating five years in business and in that time to have become one of the valley’s most prominent hidden gems. We are grateful for our talented staff, current and former, as well as our beloved clients who have made this possible,” said Nick Medina, CEO and founder of Medina Hospitality, which owns and operates The White Rabbit. “We will continue to provide our guests with unique and memorable experiences that we hope will keep them coming back another five, 10 or 20 years.”

Throughout the month, The White Rabbit will be featuring an exclusive barrel-strength Jack Daniel’s release with a special edition White Rabbit five-year anniversary logo. On Thursday, Oct. 12, The White Rabbit hosts an exclusive launch party for this release, including customized etching available for clients when they purchase a bottle. All month long, a specialty barrel select cocktail is also offered.

On Saturday, Oct. 7, The White Rabbit will kick off its anniversary party with a specialty limited cocktail menu featuring some of the speakeasy’s original cocktails from opening day in 2018 including the Castaway, Shadow Train, Black Hole Sun and Besitos.

Medina is also pleased to announce the release of The White Rabbit’s first cocktail book: The White Rabbit Volume 1, “Down the Rabbit Hole,” which features the aforementioned specialty cocktails. The book is dedicated to The White Rabbit’s staff and clients, whom Medina credits for the bar’s success.

On Friday, October 27 through Tuesday, Oct. 31 The White Rabbit will also be serving up some spooky specialty cocktails in honor of Halloween.
