    On Sunday, April 4, diners are invited to enjoy an elegant Easter brunch at Rusconi’s American Kitchen. With multiple selections for each course, there is something for everyone on the three-course prix fixe menu including:

     

    Starters, choice of one: 

    Chilled Spring Pea Soup with Wild Crab, cilantro and crema

    Baby Field Greens with Strawberries and Mango, mozzarella cheese, marcona almonds and herbed balsamic dressing

    Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp and Spring Tomato Salad with marinated cucumbers, shallots, pear tomatoes, cilantro pesto and tiny greens

    Organic Arugula And Grilled Peaches with American prosciutto, Sonoma goat cheese and prickly pear gastrique

    House Smoked Scottish Salmon with Citrus Herb Blini, crème fraiche, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and frisée

     

    Main Courses, choice of one:

    Cast Iron Short Rib Hash and Sunny Side Eggs with butternut squash, Yukon Gold potatoes and red onion

    Steak and Eggs — wood-grilled beef tenderloin and poached eggs on focaccia with sweet potato hash and herb emulsion

    Blue Crab and Arizona Dessert Sweet Shrimp Benedict with poached eggs, prosciutto on focaccia, sweet potato hash and citrus emulsion

    Blackberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin with heirloom potatoes, brussels sprouts, wilted spinach and sherry bacon dressing
    Braised Spring Lamb Shank with Sunnyside Up Egg, parmesan polenta, small carrots, and tarragon jus
    Pan Roasted California Halibut with Spring Pea Risotto, baby carrots, green beans and lemon butter sauce
    Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Amish Blue, Yukon Gold potato puree, small spring squash and red wine sauce
