Rusconi’s American Kitchen Offers Sweet Specials for Valentine’s Day Weekend

Rusconi’s American Kitchen has become known as one of the Valley’s favorite romantic dining destinations and for those looking to ignite some romance this season of love, the restaurant is offering two specialty menus.
To kick start the lovely weekend with a delicious dinner a deux, the Sweetheart Menu is available for dine-in Friday, February 12 and Saturday, February 13 and includes the following choices for each course:
First Course —
Baby Field Green Salad with Sonoma Goat Cheese Fritters, cured strawberries, hazelnuts and arugula pesto
Lobster Bisque with blue crab ravioli
Main Course —
Roasted Rack of Lamb with Garlic and Herb Crust with heirloom potatoes, small green beans, fennel, cured tomato and roquette pesto
San Joaquin Gold and Meyer Lemon Scented Herb Risotto with wilted spinach, small carrots, baby squash and carrot jus
21-day Aged Filet of Beef Tenderloin with wilted spinach, baby carrots, garlic potato croquette and red wine sauce
Dessert —
Yin and Yang Crème Brûlée with vanilla bean and dark chocolate
“The Elvis” banana, peanut butter and chocolate parfait
Then on Valentine’s Day itself, Sunday, February 14, in-restaurant diners can enjoy the following menu including one choice per course:

Grilled Breast of Natural Chicken with goat cheese and Meyer lemon scented herb risotto, tiny zucchini and carrot jus

Pan Roasted Florida Grouper with Blue Crab and Citrus Emulsion served with baby green beans, heirloom potatoes, fennel and lobster butter sauce
