Locals and visitors alike are invited to celebrate Independence Day with Phoenix City Grille. On Saturday, July 4, PCG will feature all day happy hour specials and dinner specials including:
Mixed Grill with Prime flank, Pork Shop green chile and whiskey cherry bratwursts, sweet corn pudding, and guajillo chile reduction, $25
Seafood Pasta featuring fresh pappardelle, wild Gulf shrimp, Chula Seafood salmon, artichoke hearts, lemon caper butter sauce, and aged Romano, $25
Red, White and Blue Shortcake — a house-made sweet biscuit topped with macerated strawberries and blueberries, Chantilly cream, strawberry balsamic syrup, and crystalized mint, $9
