    Foodies and classic novel aficionados alike are invited to enter into the pages of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland through the exquisite and original Mad Hatter’s Affair dinner on Saturday, February 22 beginning at 7:00 p.m. This five-‘chapter’ dinner and cocktail pairing concocted by the creative minds of Chef Orlando Parker and Match’s spirits specialists serves as an edible interpretation of some of the book’s most memorable passages including

    Amuse-bouche
    “Eat me/Drink me” — a mystical potion

    Chapter One
    Down the Rabbit Hole — hearty vegetable soup paired with The Looking Glass cocktail

    Chapter Two
    The Garden of Living Flowers — a rainbow radish and edible flower salad with blood orange vinaigrette served with The Mad Hatter cocktail

    Chapter Three
    Tweedledum & Tweedledee — ravioli stuffed mushroom and mushroom stuffed ravioli complemented by the Cheshire Cat cocktail

    Chapter Four
    The Lobster Quadrille — brown butter lobster risotto paired with The White Rabbit cocktail

    Chapter Five
