On Friday, February 14, otherwise known as Valentine’s Day, couples and foodies alike are invited to fall in love with Trapp Haus BBQ’s one-of-a-kind three-course dining experience featuring Trapp Haus Owner and Pitmaster Phil “The Grill” Johnson. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., diners will enjoy a personal chef experience with a three-course meal including beer and wine, featuring:
Peach Brandy Grilled Porterhouse Porkchop
Grilled Wagyu Ribeye Cap with choice of bourbon molasses sauce or chimichurri sauce
Grilled BBQ Jerked Salmon
